摘要 在“双碳”背景下,绿色低碳转型是经济结构升级的新方向,孕育经济增长新空间,本文通过调研问卷和实地调研方式,对电力设计业务现状和转型情况、科技创新组织体系、科技创新制度体系、科技创新技术体系等方面进行分析研究,提出适应“双碳”背景下的电力设计企业科技创新体系优化建议。 In the context of reaching peak carbon and rising to neutral carbon as a national strategy,green and low-carbon transformation is a new direction for upgrading the economic structure and breeding a new space for economic growth.This article analyzes and studies the current situation and transformation of electric power design business,scientific and technological innovation organizational system,scientific and technological innovation institutional system,and scientific and technological innovation technological system through questionnaires and field research,Propose suggestions for optimizing the scientific and technological innovation system,technological innovation capability,and layout of the scientific and technological innovation technology system of electric power design enterprises in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
