摘要
对于建筑领域而言,BIM技术的应用价值和应用效果是不容忽视的,该项技术具有优化性、可视化及模拟性等多种技术优势,现阶段已经在建设项目工程设计、施工与工程管理等众多方面得到实际应用。基于此,文章针对建筑给排水工程,探讨BIM技术的应用,首先概述BIM技术,然后分析建筑给排水工程现状,最后结合具体案例分析BIM技术在建筑给排水系统设计及深化设计和关键部位优化设计中应用,以期促进BIM技术在建筑给排水中的充分应用。
For the construction field, the application value and effect of BIM technology can not be ignored. This technology has many technical advantages such as optimization,visualization and simulation. At present, it has been applied in many aspects of construction projects, such as engineering design, construction and engineering management. Based on this, this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in building water supply and drainage engineering. Firstly,it outlines BIM technology. Then, it analyzes the current situation of building water supply and drainage engineering.Finally, it analyzes the application of BIM technology in the design of building water supply and drainage system,deepening design and optimization design of key parts, in order to promote the full application of BIM technology in building water supply and drainage.
