摘要
海上锚桩安装作业因为其工况的特殊性安全风险较多,在锚桩的装船及安装过程中涉及到船舶作业、吊装作业、打桩作业等多种类型作业。基于海上锚桩安装经验,以某油田的吊装作业为例,对海上锚桩装船及安装过程中的作业安全风险进行分析,探讨如何有效保障作业安全规避风险,并提出相应的管控建议,让现场基层作业人员通过全面的作业安全风险分析提升自身的安全意识。
Because of the particularity of the working condition,the installation of anchor piles at sea has high safety risk as a whole.The process of loading and installation of anchor piles involves various types of operations such as ship operation,lifting operation,piling operation and so on.Based on the installation experience of offshore anchor piles in an oil field,taking the lifting operation as an example,this paper analyzes the operational safety risks during the loading and installation of offshore anchor piles,discusses how to effectively ensure the operational safety and avoid risks,and puts forward corresponding management and control suggestions to enable on-site grassroots operators to enhance their safety awareness through comprehensive operational safety risk analysis.
