摘要
现代学徒制是职业教育发展的组成部分,是现代应用型人才培养的一种重要模式。通过梳理英国现代学徒制的演进历程,发现其具有继承传统与融合现代、法律与制度双重建设、政府主导转向雇主主导、利益相关者通力合作、注重提升职业教育的高等化等特点,并以英国华威大学制造工程学院为典型个案,按照“价值理念—专业课程—学习模式”的逻辑思路,对英国现代学徒制人才培养情况进行框架性分析,进而总结与反思英国现代学徒制取得成效的原因,以期为我国优化现代学徒制提供有益启示。
As a component in the development of vocational education,modem apprenticeship is an important mode of cultivating modern application-oriented talent.The modern apprenticeship in the UK has evolved through inheriting the traditional and integrating the modern;establishing both laws and systems;shifting from govermment leading to employer leading;pulling together all stakeholders;and focusing on making vocational education advanced.The research takes the W arwick Manufacturing Group as a sample and follows the logic of“value idea--professional curriculum--leaming pattern”to conduct a framework analysis of the British modern apprenticeship mode of talent cultivation.It summarizes and reflects on the causes for the achievements of modern British apprenticeship,and provides inspiration for China to optimize its own moderm apprenticeship.
