摘要
大数据环境为实现数据驱动、情报导侦创造了有利条件。风险社会背景下涉众型经济犯罪具有风险传导性,需利用海量数据之间的关联对涉众型经济犯罪进行监测预警与防控,做到打早打小,消除该类犯罪滋生的土壤与条件。已有的风险预警机制仍存在信息共享不畅、数据价值性低、监测评价机制过于笼统等问题。对于这些问题可通过完善经侦数据资源库的建设,提升数据质量,大数据与小数据的深度融合运用,提升办案民警的专业化水平,完善风险预警平台评价机制等方式改进。
The great environment of big data creates favorable conditions to the investigation of situation report and data drive.The risk conductivity existing in risk social background and stakeholder economic crimes requires us to make use of the correlation among massive data for early warning,monitoring,prevention and control of stakeholder economic crimes,so as to eliminate the soil and conditions for the breeding of such crimes.The existing risk warning mechanism still has defects like unsmooth info sharing,low info value and its overly ambiguous evaluation system,etc,which yet can be solved by bettering the economic investigation database,improving data quality,deepening the integration of big data&small data,upgrading the case-related professional level for the police and enhancing the evaluation system for the risk warning platform.
