摘要
取向硅钢是一种广泛应用于电气设备制造行业的铁硅二元合金,需要具备低铁损、高磁感应强度、低磁时效、良好冲片性能和高表面质量等特殊性质。它的工艺流程和生产设备复杂,化学成分控制严格,根据生产方式和使用性能主要分为普通取向硅钢(CGO)和高磁感取向硅钢(HiB)。本文从取向硅钢的产品要求入手,介绍了日本川崎制铁、新日铁和我国宝武、首钢等国内外企业生产最新进展,探讨了该类型钢材的工艺流程和质量控制要点,并着重介绍了取向硅钢的关键生产技术,最后论述了薄板坯连铸连轧、异步轧制、细化磁畴、无传统抑制剂生产、双取向硅钢和磁场退火等6种生产取向硅钢的新工艺,展望了取向硅钢的发展趋势。
Grain-oriented silicon steel is a kind of iron-silicon binary alloy widely used in electrical equipment manufacturing industry.It needs special properties such as low iron loss,high magnetic induction intensity,low magnetic aging,good punching performance and high surface quality.Its production processes and equipments are complex,and its chemical composition is strictly controlled.According to the production processes and performances,it is mainly divided into ordinary grain-oriented silicon steel(CGO)and high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel(HiB).Starting from the product requirements of grain-oriented silicon steel,the latest production progresses of domestic and foreign enterprises such as Japan's Kawasaki Steel and Nippon Steel,China's Baowu Steel and Shougang Corporation were introduced,and the technological processes and quality control points of this type of steel were discussed,and the key production technology of grain-oriented silicon steel were emphatically introduced.Finally,six new processes for producing grain-oriented silicon steel,including thin slab continuous casting and rolling,asynchronous rolling,magnetic domain refinement,production without traditional inhibitor,double grain-oriented silicon steel and magnetic field annealing,were discussed.The new technologies of silicon steel looked forward to the development trend of grain-oriented silicon steel.
