摘要
敬仰中华优秀传统文化,从中华优秀传统文化中汲取治国理政的理念和思维,并广泛借鉴世界一切优秀文明成果,这是习近平总书记从新时代治国理政的高度为我们对中华优秀传统文化的创新性发展和创造性转化提供的一个新的学术诠释的方法论视角。首先,对中国古代国家治理这一核心概念进行现代阐释需要把它放在中华文明、中国古代政治制度和中华优秀传统思想文化的历史框架中进行阐释分析,找到合理的分析坐标;其次,应当从国家治理的视角来阐释中国古代国家治理智慧,坚定文化自信;最后,必须坚持中华优秀传统文化“双创”的原则来阐释中国古代治理思想的当代价值,从而为新时代国家治理现代化和全球治理提供中国话语和中国智慧。
Admiring the excellent traditional Chinese culture,absorbing the concepts and thinking of governing the country from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and extensively drawing on all the outstanding civilization achievements in the world.This is the methodological enlightenment that General Secretary Xi Jinping provides us with a new academic interpretation for the innovative development and creative transformation of the excellent traditional Chinese culture from the height of governance in the new era.First of all,the modern interpretation of the core concept of China's ancient state governance needs to be put into the historical framework of Chinese civilization,China's ancient political system and China's excellent traditional ideology and culture,so as to find a reasonable analysis coordinate.Secondly,we should explain the wisdom of ancient Chinese national governance from the perspective of national governance and strengthen cultural confidence.Finally,we must adhere to the principle of "Creative Transformation and Innovative Development" in China's excellent traditional culture to explain the contemporary value of China's ancient governance ideas,so as to provide Chinese discourse and Chinese wisdom for the modernization of national governance and global governance in the new era.
