摘要
钱乙被后世尊为儿科鼻祖,其学术思想集中体现在《小儿药证直诀》一书。本文通过对《小儿药证直诀·咳嗽》篇章的学习,探讨钱乙治疗小儿咳嗽的学术思想,分析其灵活运用下法,方选葶苈丸、褊银丸、白饼子、百祥丸等治疗小儿咳嗽的用药特点,为现代临床运用中医药治疗小儿咳嗽提供新的思路。
The academic thoughts of Qian Yi,a super pediatrician,are recorded in Key to Medicines and Patterns of Children's Diseases.,According to the chapter on cough in this book,this study discusses his thoughts on the treatment of cough in children and analyzes the flexible application of purgative method,especially the use of Tingli Pills,Bianyin Pills,Baicaozi Pills,and Baixiang Pill for the cough,which is expected to serve as a reference for the treatment of cough in children with traditional Chinese medicine.
