利用隔水导管提高平台承载力的方法

摘要 针对渤海老平台桩基承载力不足的问题,提出一种利用隔水导管的剩余承载力提高导管架平台承载力的方法。为验证隔水导管作为导管架平台的持力结构的有效性和安全性,以渤海某平台修井机升级改造项目为例,通过改变导管架和组块与隔水导管的连接方式,按照第一水平层刚性连接、工作甲板斜撑连接及组合方法分别进行计算分析,计算结果表明,连接后荷载传递有效,传递效率最大可以达到26.06%;单根隔水导管附加荷载不超过960 kN,可以满足自身强度和稳性要求;平台桩腿受力减小,连接部位杆件受力增大,需要进行结构加强;导管架和隔水导管顶部水平位移均有减小,最大可降低9.56%和24.52%;不同组块连接方式中,荷载传递效率受到连接结构的刚度影响,连接结构刚度增大,荷载传递效率提高,隔水导管在满足井口稳定的基础上,可以起到承担平台荷载,提高平台承载力的作用。 To solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of the old platform pile foundation in Bohai bay,a method was proposed to improve bearing capacity of the jacket by using the residual bearing capacity of the conductors.Taking an upgrading and reconstruction project of a platform workover rig as example,the effectiveness and safety of the method by taking conductors as the bearing structures of the jacket platform was verified.The connection modes between the jacket and topside and the conductors were changed,which includes the rigid connection in the first horizontal layer,the diagonal brace connection in the working deck and the combination type.The calculation results showed that the load is effectively transmitted after connection,and the maximum transmission efficiency can reach 26.06%;the additional load of one single conductor shall not exceed 960 kN,meeting the requirements of strength and stability;the stress of the platform pile and leg decreases and the stress of the members at connecting part increases,so the structure needs to be strengthened;the largest horizontal displacement at the top of jacket and conductors are decreased by 9.56%and 24.52%respectively;among the different connection modes at topside,the load transfer efficiency is affected by the stiffness of the connection structure:the greater the stiffness of the connection structure,the higher the load transfer efficiency.The conductors can bear the platform load and improve the bearing capacity of the platform on the basis of meeting the stability of the wellhead.
