摘要 针对MAN 16V32/40型双燃料柴油机的一次缸套拉伤故障,通过分析曲轴箱监测系统的工作原理,梳理柴油机曲轴箱故障现象,探讨造成触发监测系统报警及关停的因素,分析认为,曲轴箱内运动部件异常后出现高温导致滑油气化,造成曲轴箱监测系统中红外装置报警,而水气化温度低于滑油,是曲轴箱监测系统出现误报警的主要原因。 In view of an primary cylinder broken accident of MAN 16V32/40 dual fuel diesel engine,the working principle of the diesel monitor system was analyzed,as well as the phenomenon of diesel oil crankcase failure.The factors of trigger alarm or shutdown action of the monitoring system were discussed.It was concluded that the high temperature of the moving parts in the crankcase caused the vaporization of the lubricating oil,which led to the alarm of the infrared device in the crankcase monitoring system,and the water vaporization temperature was lower than the lubricating oil,which was also the main reason for the false alarm of the crankcase monitoring system.
