摘要
为了有针对性地开展学生服务工作,寻求有效减少高职院校学生因病休退学人数的应对策略,根据某高职院校的相关管理资料,对其2015—2019年在校学生休退学情况进行回顾性分析,发现该院校因病休退学率平均为1‰,其中男生为0.3‰,女生为0.7‰。精神类疾病为学生因病休退学的首要病因,该院校应在思想上客观认识学生休退学现象,行动上理性应对休退学问题,多途径加强对女学生的女性心理健康教育,多主体落实大学生心理健康教育工作,从而降低学生的因病休退学率,为做好高职院校学生心理健康教育工作提供有效依据。
In order to develop student service work,and seek for the effective countermeasures for the reduction of the number of higher vocational college students dropout due to illness,the study does retrospective analysis of students leaving school and dropout situation from 2015 to 2019 according to the related management data of a higher vocational college.It is found that the average dropout rate of a vocational college due to illness was 1‰,including 0.3‰boys and 0.7‰girls.The reason for students’dropout of school due to illness mainly lies in mental diseases.Therefore,the college should objectively know the phenomenon of students’dropout of school,reasonably cope with the problem,strengthen female students’psychological health education from multi-path,and implement psychological health education of college students from multi-agent,to reduce students’dropout rate due to illness rate,and provide effective reference for students’psychological health education of the higher vocational college.
