摘要
新时代背景下,职业教育发展进入黄金期。基于国家软实力理论,职业教育本身就是国家软实力资源的构成部分,具有服务国家对外开放战略的功能。职业教育也是国家软实力与硬实力相互转化和依赖的重要纽带,既是国家硬实力提升的助推器,也是国家软实力的集中呈现。中国职业教育的蓬勃发展正是发展中国家追赶世界潮流过程中自身独特优势的阶段性体现。中国特色的职业教育既是中国式现代化道路探索的产物,也具有自身的特色和优势。在当前阶段,职业教育发展有助于促进我国产业转型升级和经济高质量发展,提升我国综合实力和国际竞争力。目前,中国职业教育在内涵建设和外向发展两方面仍面临诸多问题,有待进一步改革和发展。
In this new era,vocational education in China is embracing a golden stage for development.It has emerged as an important research field pursued by the academia.Nevertheless,most of the existing studies focus on the significance of vocational education in domestic economic and social development.Few of them discuss the values and functions of vocational education in foreign relations.According to the theory of soft power,vocational education is inherently a key component of national soft power resources and has the function of serving the country’s opening-up strategy.Vocational education is also an important node for the mutual transformation and dependence of soft power and hard power of a state.It is not only a booster for the improvement of a state’s hard power,but also a collective demonstration of a state’s soft power.The vigorous development of China’s vocational education is a staged manifestation of China’s unique advantages in the process of developing countries’catching up with the world trend.With its own features and advantages,vocational education with Chinese characteristics is also a fruit harvested from the exploration of Chinesestyle modernization.Currently,the development of vocational education will help promote China’s industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development and enhance China’s comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.However,China’s vocational education requires further reform and development as it still faces many problems in terms of connotation expansion and outward-oriented development.
