摘要
为研究双节点体系在实际结构形式下的装配可靠性和受力性能,以节点体厚度、节点体高度、螺栓直径、螺栓间距和是否设置底板为主要参数,设计并制作7个矩形钢管单层网壳双节点体系的六杆模型,进行静力加载试验。试验结果表明:双节点体系的中空六棱台设计可以方便有效地实现杆件与节点间的角度连接;双节点体系装配简单高效,具有良好的承载和变形能力;杆件端部截面的变形不满足平截面假定,该区域易发生局部屈曲。对试验模型进行有限元模拟,与试验结果的比较表明,考虑接触效应的实体单元非线性有限元模型可以较好地模拟双节点体系的受力性能。进一步对双节点体系进行有限元参数分析,结果表明:节点厚度、节点高度、螺栓尺寸和螺栓间距的增加均能提高节点的初始刚度和承载能力;节点中设置底板可提高其承载能力,节点厚度较小时提高效果更好。
To study the assembly reliability and mechanical properties of double-node systems in practice,seven six-member models of double-node system for rectangular hollow section(RHS)single-layer latticed shells were designed and fabricated.The main parameters considered during the model design include the thickness of joint,the height of joint,the diameter of bolt,the spacing of bolts and the existence of bottom plate.Static loading tests were carried out on the models.It is shown that the angle between the member and the node can be realized by the hollow-six-prism design of node.Besides the convenience of assembly,the double-node system has good bearing capacity and ductility performance.The deformation of end section of the member does not satisfy the plane section assumption,and local buckling may occur frequently.Finite element(FE)simulation was carried out on test specimens,and the FE results were compared with experiment results.It is indicated that the nonlinear FE model with consideration of contact effect can simulate the mechanical behavior of double-node system satisfactorily.Furtherly,parametric analysis was carried out on the double-node system.It is found that the geometric parameters of joint including joint thickness,joint height,bolt diameter and spacing of bolt have positive effects on both initial stiffness and bearing capacity of joints.The existence of bottom plate will improve the bearing capacity of joints,especially for those with thinner joint thickness.
