摘要
癫痫持续状态(SE)是一种常见的导致癫痫发展的中枢神经系统损伤,星形胶质细胞在SE、创伤性脑损伤或中风等引起的脑损伤过程中起着重要作用,充当稳态调节因子的角色。反应性星形胶质细胞增生对恢复大脑内环境稳定尤其重要,但持续性增生可能对大脑有害,并促进癫痫的发展。本文重点分析了星形胶质细胞相关过程在癫痫发生或SE中的作用,包括反应性星形胶质细胞增生、能量代谢障碍和胶质传递。
Status epilepticus is a common form of central nervous system injury leading to epilepsy development,and astrocytes play an important role as homeostatic modulators in brain injury caused by status epilepticus,traumatic brain injury,or stroke.Reactive astrocyte proliferation is particularly important to restore intracerebral environmental stability,but persistent proliferation may be deleterious to the brain and promote the development of epilepsy.This article focuses on the role of astrocyte-associated processes in the development or status of epilepsy,such as reactive astrogliosis,energy-metabolism disorders,and gliotransmitters.
