摘要
在数字经济浪潮中,行业竞争加剧,消费需求迭代,业财融合成为制造业企业提升内控管理、创新能力和价值增值的重要抓手。基于现代企业管理升级的需要,目前依然存在财务与业务的“目标相背离”“系统不兼容”“数据难匹配”等问题。华新水泥公司通过促进部门协作,合理制定发展战略,重新配置资源,加强信息化建设,规避了资金风险,推动企业在业财融合道路上取得领先,对加快制造业业财融合的进程和效率具有重要的借鉴意义。
In the wave of digital economy,industry competition intensifies,consumer demand iterates,and the integration of industry and finance becomes an important starting point for manufacturing enterprises to improve internal control management,innovation ability and value increment.Based on the needs of modern enterprise management upgrade,there are still problems of“target deviation”,“system incompatibility”,“data difficult to match”between finance and business.Huaxin Cement has avoided capital risks by promoting departmental cooperation,rationally formulating development strategies,reallocating resources and strengthening information construction,and promoted enterprises to take the lead on the road of industry-finance integration,which has important reference significance for accelerating the process and efficiency of industry-finance integration in manufacturing industry.
