摘要
随着转产产品增多及新型光电装备领域的开拓,越来越多的零部件具有斜面和自由面。应用UG软件在五轴加工中心采用球头铣刀对斜面和自由面进行铣削加工,加工效率低,加工后需要花大量时间精饰外观,制造成本高,劳动强度大,生产周期长,而且表面完整性的实施过程难度大。本文运用hyperMILL软件在五轴加工中心上应用锥桶铣刀对陡峭面和自由面进行铣削加工,结果表明,这种方法加工效率高,能够得到良好的加工精度和表面质量。
With the increase of products and the development of new photoelectric equipment, more and more parts have bevel and free surface processing.The present′s application is, with the help of UG software, to machine the inclined plane and free surface in the five axis simultaneous machining center by ball end milling cutter, and it has low processing efficiency.After processing, it needs to spend a lot of time on the appearance of finishing.Because of the high manufacturing cost, labor intensity, development and long manufacturing cycle, the surface integrity of the implementation process is difficult.In this paper, the application of hyperMILL software and the application of Cone barrel milling cutter on the five axis simultaneous machining center to cut the steep surface and free surface of the iron processing experiment verification is presented, which have high processing efficiency, good processing accuracy and surface quality.
