摘要
采用电火花—ELID磨削复合法对铝基金刚石进行精密磨削加工试验,探究不同工艺参数对铝基金刚石加工表面质量的影响规律,并对工艺参数进行优化。试验结果表明,采用放电电流为16A、放电电压为90V、脉冲宽度为30μs、铜极转速为400r/min电火花加工工艺参数进行粗加工,采用电解电压为70V、占空比为60%、砂轮进给量为0.8μm/次、砂轮转速为2880r/min的ELID磨削工艺参数进行精密加工,可实现铝基金刚石材料的精密加工,并获得了表面粗糙度Ra=136nm的铝基金刚石加工样件。
The precision grinding experiment of aluminum-based diamond is carried out by using the EDM-ELID grinding composite method.The influence of different process parameters on the surface quality of aluminum-based diamond machining is explored, and the process parameters are optimized.The experimental results show that the rough machining is carried out by using the EDM process parameters of discharge current 16A,discharge voltage 90V,pulse width 30μs and copper electrode speed 400r/min, and the ELID grinding process parameters of electrolytic voltage 70V,duty cycle 60%,wheel feed 0.8μm/time and wheel speed 2880r/min are used for precision machining.The precision machining of aluminum-based diamond materials can be realized, and the surface roughness Ra=136nm aluminum-based diamond processing sample is obtained.
