摘要
阐述智能航运发展背景下通信人才培养现状,提出适应智能航运发展的通信人才培养对策,包括构建知识多元化的课程体系、有针对性的职业技能培养、强化实训基地建设。
This paper expounds the current situation of communication talents cultivation under the background of intelligent shipping development, and puts forward countermeasures for communication talents cultivation to adapt to the development of intelligent shipping, including the construction of a curriculum system with diversified knowledge, targeted vocational skills training, and strengthening the construction of training bases.
