摘要
阐述基于张弛振荡器的温度测量电路,将热敏电阻值变化转变为数字化频率信号送系统处理,降低芯片对工艺的要求,温度测量电路应用于便携式电子体温计芯片。
This paper describes the temperature measurement circuit based on the relaxation oscillator, which converts the change of the thermistor value into a digital frequency signal and sends it to the system for processing to reduce the requirements of the chip on the process. The temperature measurement circuit is applied to the portable electronic thermometer chip.
