摘要
本文首先分析了土建项目建设中桩基础技术的作用,然后介绍了建筑项目桩基础技术的常见类型。通过探究发现,同个建筑施工所采用的桩型不同,将形成很大的经济效益区别,而人工挖孔桩应用频率很小,但是可以被用于相对恶劣的地质条件下,且价格比较高。所以,在处理桩基项目以前,要比较各种桩基方案且选取经济比最好的开展施工,进而节省施工费用。
This paper first analyzes the role of pile foundation technology in civil engineering project construction,and then introduces the common types of pile foundation technology in construction projects.Through exploration,it is found that different pile types used in the same building construction will form a great difference in economic benefits,while manual hole digging piles can be used in relatively poor geological conditions with a low application frequency,but the price is relatively high.Therefore,before dealing with the pile foundation project,we should compare various pile foundation schemes and select the one with the best economic ratio to carry out the construction,so as to save construction costs.
