摘要
目前,电厂继电保护等二次设备的基础信息仍然采用纸质抄录、人工整理、人工电子化等方式,来完成设备台账、运行信息的录入、整理、校核等维护工作,继电保护设备专业运维效率低。同时,设备运维工作繁杂,继电保护及安全自动装置的巡视、缺陷记录、消缺工作缺少统一的工作平台,针对以上问题,本文提出了一种基于Android平台的继电保护智能运维移动系统,通过移动互联技术构建了基于设备台账识别码的移动作业平台,实现了作业流程标准化、作业管控智能化、作业数据实时化,大幅提升现场运行维护和检修的作业水平,对维持电网安全稳定运行发挥了保障作用。
At present,the basic information of the power plant relay protection equipment still uses paper copying,manual sorting,manual electronic and other ways to complete the entry,sorting,verification and other maintenance of equipment accounts and operation information.Professional operation and maintenance efficiency of relay pro‐tection equipment is low.At the same time,the equipment operation and maintenance work is complicated,and the inspection,defect record and elimination of relay protection and safety automatic devices lack a unified working platform.This paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance mobile system for relay protection based on Android platform.Through mobile internet technology,a mobile operation platform based on equipment account identification code is built,which realizes the standardization of operation process,intelligent operation management and control,and real-time operation data,greatly improves the operation level of on-site operation and mainte‐nance,and plays a role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
