摘要
钠冷快堆特种门属于新堆型、新技术、新工艺的“三新设备”,数量多但设计及安装经验较少,为解决预计可能出现的安装风险,如特种门与其他物项干涉及运输路径不畅等问题,本文提出在设备入场安装前使用PDMS软件进行特种门三维建模、占位及碰撞检查,从而在设计阶段暴露并解决物项干涉及运输路径不畅的问题,进而减少实际工程中因上述原因产生的工期延长、成本增加等情况,该设计方法已在安装工作中得到了验证并取得良好效果。
The sodium cooled fast reactor special doors belong to the"three new equipment"of new reactor types,new technologies,and new processes,with a large number but limited design and installation experience.To solve the expected installation risks,such as interference between special doors and other items and poor transportation paths,this article proposes to use PDMS software for 3D modeling,occupancy,and collision inspection of special doors before equipment installation,Thus,in the design phase,the issues of item interference and obstructed transportation paths are exposed and solved,thereby reducing the extension of construction period and cost increase caused by the above reasons in actual engineering.This design method has been verified in installation work and has achieved good results.
