摘要
弘扬与传播足球文化,不仅能有效提升国民身体素质、培养团队精神,还能助力体育产业发展,助力体育文化的传播。该文聚焦于新时期中国青少年足球联赛发展,阐释了青少年足球联赛在治理机制、竞赛结构方面的价值,指出当前中国青少年足球联赛中存在体育与教育部门办赛目标不同、组织分工不明确、学赛与比赛冲突、参赛资格不统一、区域发展不均衡以及缺乏奖励机制等问题。对此,该文从明确目标定位、协调机构设置、完善资源系统和完善规章制度方面提出措施,为新时期中国青少年足球联赛融合创新发展提供理论参考。
Carrying forward and spreading football culture can not only effectively improve national physical quality and cultivate team spirit,but also help the development of sports industry and the spread of sports culture.Focusing on the development of Chinese Youth Football League in the new era,the article explains the value of Youth Football League in governance mechanism and competition structure,and points out the current problems in Chinese Youth Football League,such as different goals of sports departments and education departments,unclear organizational division of labor,conflict between school matches and competitions,inconsistent eligibility,unbalanced regional development and lack of reward mechanism.In view of this,the article puts forward measures from the aspects of clarifying the target positioning,coordinating the settings of organizations,improving resource systems and improving rules and regulations,so as to provide theoretical reference for the integrated and innovative development of Chinese Youth Football League in the new era.
