摘要
以实验室为基础的生物力学测试是识别前交叉韧带损伤风险因素的金标准。然而,实验室测试成本高,操作复杂且耗时,难以进行大规模ACL损伤风险筛查。损伤风险筛查的一个新兴领域是基于场地和临床的筛查工具,该文回顾相关文献对成熟的ACL损伤筛查工具进行综述,以期为ACL损伤的预防提供参考。
Laboratory-based biomechanical testing is the gold standard to identify risk factors of ACL injury.However,laboratory testing is costly,complex and time-consuming,making it difficult to perform for large-scale ACL injury risk screening.An emerging field of injury risk screening is site-and clinic-based screening tools.This paper looks back the review of mature ACL injury screening tools in relevant literature,in order to provide reference for the prevention of ACL injury.
