摘要
以ASMEⅩⅢ—2021为基础,汇总了采纳该标准的ASME BPVC各卷册可选压力泄放装置种类及相应的设定压力和最大允许排放压力确定原则,详细介绍了各类压力泄放装置泄放能力的认证测试和标定方法。通过解析斜率法和泄放系数法测定泄放能力的理论逻辑,证明了实测泄放量与关于泄放压力的函数呈线性关系,且泄放系数与泄放压力无关,为工程设计及产品取证提供参考。
Based on ASMEⅩⅢ—2021,the types of pressure relief devices applicable to each ASME BPVC section,the principles for determining set pressure and maximum allowable relieving pressure of pressure relief devices in each ASME BPVC section were summarized.Meanwhile,the certification tests and calibration methods of relieving capacity of pressure relief devices were introduced in detail.It is demonstrated that the measured relieving capacity has a linear relationship with the relieving pressure,and the relief coefficient is independent of the relieving pressure by analyzing the theoretical logic of slope method and relief coefficient method for determining relief capacity,which can offer reference for production design and certification.
