摘要
通过对比钢结构罩棚主桁架、环桁架、次结构不同安装方式的力学分析结果,确定主桁架采用无支撑安装方式,并综合施工及经济性考虑,确定了环桁架及次结构安装顺序。主桁架采用大型设备一次吊装就位,并对安装的三个关键控制要点进行阐述,同时讨论了环桁架及次结构安装要点。实际项目应用中,该技术安全质量可控、经济合理,对同类型结构形式具有参考价值。
By comparing the mechanical analysis results of dififerent installation methods of the main truss,ring-shaped truss and secondary structure of a steel structured canopy,it is determined that the main truss adopts the unsupported installation method,and the installation sequence of the ring-shaped truss and secondary structure is determined considering construction and cost.The main truss is hoisted in place by large equipment at one time,with three key control points in installation described.Meanwhile,the installation points of the ring truss and secondary structure are discussed.Through the practical application of the project,its safety quality is proved to be controllable,economical and reasonable,and it has reference value for the same type of structure.
