摘要
桅杆式架梁起重机结构简单、起重量大,操作方便,广泛应用于各类桥梁建设项目中的桥梁杆件吊装。目前,桅杆式架梁起重机传统电控系统中的继电器控制模式和串电阻调速模式已不能满足要求。随着PLC技术和变频器驱动技术的发展,“PLC+变频器”新型控制模式已经出现。将这种新型控制模式引入桅杆式架梁起重机的电气系统设计中,可以简化设计难度、加快设计速度、方便后期安装调试,提高起重机控制性能。以70 t桅杆式起重机为例,从电气系统控制方案和拖动方案设计出发,介绍桅杆式架梁起重机的结构形式,采用全变频及PLC控制模式设计了“PLC+变频器”控制模式的电控系统,并给出了详细的设计思路和设计结果,所提设计具有一定的实用性和借鉴意义。
With its simple structure,large lifting capacity and convenient operation,mast girder erection cranes are widely used for lifting bridge poles in various bridge construction projects.At present,the relay control mode and series resistance speed control mode in the traditional electric control system of mast girder crane can no longer meet the requirements.With the development of PLC technology and inverter drive technology,a new control mode of"PLC+inverter"has emerged.The new control mode was introduced into the design of the electrical system of the mast girder crane,which could simplify the design difficulty,speed up the design,facilitate the later installation and commissioning,and improve the crane control performance.Taking a 70 t mast crane as an example,starting from the design of the electrical system control scheme and the dragging scheme,the structural form of the mast girder crane was introduced,the electric control system was designed using the"PLC+converter"control mode using full frequency conversion and PLC control modes,and the detailed design ideas and results were provided.The proposed design has certain practicality and reference significance.
