地铁车辆段软弱地层PHC管桩现场试验

摘要 在软弱地层上修建地铁车辆段,由于后期土方填筑量大、列车运行振动等影响,若地基加固不到位,常常导致沉降过大甚至坍塌等问题。依托杭州软弱土层某地铁车辆段地基加固工程,现场开展PHC管桩单桩静载荷试验,研究PHC管桩在软弱土层地铁车辆段地基加固中的应用情况,验证了单桩承载能力。结果表明:PHC管桩静载荷试验中,沉降变化较均匀,Q-s曲线为缓变型曲线;单桩竖向极限承载力大于1 976 kN,满足设计及结构要求;静载荷试验前后桩身的完整性较好;PHC管桩在地铁车辆段地基加固中具有较好的效果。 During constructing Metro Depot in weak stratum,due to the influence of large amount of earthwork filling and train running vibration in the later stage,if the foundation reinforcement is not in place,it often leads to excessive settlement and even collapse.Based on the foundation reinforcement project of Hangzhou Metro Depot in soft soil layer,the static load test of PHC pipe pile was carried out through field test.The application of PHC pipe pile in foundation reinforcement of Metro Depot in soft soil layer was studied,and the bearing capacity of single pile was verified.The results show that in the static load test of PHC pipe pile,the settlement changes evenly,and the Q-s curve is a slowly changing curve;The vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile is greater than 1976 kN,meeting the design and structural requirements;The integrity of pile body before and after static load test is good;PHC pipe pile has good effect in foundation reinforcement of Metro Depot.
