摘要
依托新田长江大桥上有危岩的岩质边坡重力锚碇基坑开挖工程,危岩处理后爆破振动速度需控制在1 cm/s。通过爆破振动场模拟分析,径向、切向、竖向振速数值计算值与现场实测值平均误差18.73%,优化后单响炸药量低于18 kg,危岩无破坏。综合非煤露天矿边坡和建筑边坡设计规范要求,考虑到临时边坡、爆破振动和边坡重要性等因素,锚碇边坡稳定性安全系数阈值设定为1.25;自重、爆破振动、降雨、地震各荷载组合工况下,三维边坡安全系数、最不利剖面二维边坡安全系数均大于规范值。
Relying on the foundation pit excavation project with dangerous rock slope gravity anchorage of Xintian Yangtze River Bridge,after the dangerous rock is treated,its bedrock vibration velocity should be controlled at 1 cm/s.By the blasting vibration field simulation,the average error between the numerical values and field measured values of radial,tangential and vertical vibration velocity is 18.73%.After optimization,the explosive quantity of single blasting is less than 18 kg,and the dangerous rock is not damaged.Based on the requirements of design specifications for non-coal surface mine slope and construction slope,and taking into account temporary slope,blasting vibration and the importance of slope,the threshold value of safety factor of anchored slope stability is set as 1.25.Under the loading cases of gravity,gravity,blasting vibration,rainfall and earthquake,the safety coefficients of three-dimensional slope,the safety coefficients of two-dimensional slope of the most unfavorable section are greater than the specification values.
