摘要
聊城八角鼓作为民间曲艺文化的杰出代表,具有丰富的文化内涵和重要的艺术价值,是极其宝贵的非物质文化遗产。聊城八角鼓经历了兴衰起伏的不同时期,凝聚了几代艺人的努力和心血。近年来,在聊城市政府和社会各界的共同努力下,聊城八角鼓迎来新的发展机遇期,但是由于交通优势的丧失以及新兴娱乐方式的冲击,这一宝贵的文化遗产面临着日渐衰落、即将失传的尴尬境地。针对这一情况,相关部门要采取加大宣传力度、提供政策支持、完善保护机制、打造特色品牌、创新曲目内容、设立传承基地等措施,为聊城八角鼓的传承和发展营造良好的地方文化生态环境,真正实现非遗保护与经济社会的协调发展。
Liaocheng Octagonal Bajiao Drum,as an outstanding representative of the folk-art culture,has rich cultural connotation and important artistic value.It is quite valuable intangible cultural heritage.Liaocheng Octagonal Drum has experienced different periods of ups and downs,and embodies the painstaking efforts of several generations of artists.In recent years,with the joint efforts of Liaocheng government and all circles of society,Liaocheng Octagonal Drum has ushered in a new period of development opportunity.However,due to the loss of transportation advantage and the impact of new forms of entertainment,this precious cultural heritage is facing the embarrassing situation of declining and about to be lost.In view of this situation,relevant departments should take the measures such as strengthening the publicity,providing the policy support,improving the protection mechanism,creating the brands with characteristics,innovating the content of songs,and setting up inheritance basis etc.,so as to create a good local cultural ecological environment for the inheritance and development of Liaocheng Octagonal Drum,and truly realize the coordinated development of intangible cultural heritage protection together with the economy and society.
