资源·梯队·定位——越剧发展中的几个关键问题 被引量:1

摘要 作为中国“五大剧种”之一,越剧在其一百多年的发展历程中,涌现了一大批杰出的艺术家和优秀作品。新的时代,如何在已有成就的基础上,继续推动越剧艺术的传承与发展,这是当代越剧人必须认真思考的问题。资源、梯队、定位,是越剧发展中的几个关键问题。回头看,要利用好越剧的两大资源,一是越剧文献资源,二是越剧流派资源。看眼前,要加强越剧三大人才梯队建设,一是越剧表演艺术人才的培养,二是越剧编剧人才的培养,三是越剧研究人才的培养。向前看,要找准越剧的四个定位。其一,它是都市的还是乡村的;其二,传统是源还是流;其三,要不要探索;其四,越剧的本体是什么。 As one of the"five major folk operas"in China,the Yue folk opera has emerged with a large number of outstanding artists and outstanding works during its more than 100 years of development.In the new era,how to continue to promote the inheritance and development of the Yue folk opera art on the basis of existing achievements is a question that contemporary Yue folk opera people must seriously consider.Resources,echelons,and positioning are key issues in the development of the Yue folk opera.Looking back,we need to make good use of the two major resources of the Yue folk opera,one is the literature resources of the Yue folk opera,and the other is the school resources of the Yue folk opera.At present,we need to strengthen the construction of the three talent echelons of the Yue folk opera,namely,the cultivation of talent for performing arts in the Yue folk opera,the cultivation of talent for screenwriting in the Yue folk opera,and the cultivation of talent for research in the Yue folk opera.Looking ahead,we need to identify the four orientations of the Yue folk opera.First,is it urban or rural?Secondly,is tradition a source or a stream?Third,whether to explore;Fourth,what is the essence of the Yue folk opera?
