摘要
针对长输天然气管道内壁高效清洗的工程实际需求,研发了一种基于Hartmann发声器原理的清管器。结合磁感测速原理和Hartmann发声器原理,设计了端面多扇叶旋转阀、花瓣式双层材料皮碗和声波清洗系统等结构,发声器阵列的声强级可达127.78 dB,对灰尘、铁的氧化物等具有良好的清理效果。实现了清管器的高效清洗、智能控速、实时定位功能。
Aiming at the practical engineering requirements of efficient pigging of the inner wall of the long⁃distance gas pipelines,a pig based on Hartmann oscillator was researched.The pig adopted the principle of magnetic induction speed meas⁃urement and Hartmann oscillator to design the transverse plane multi⁃blade rotary valve,petaloid double⁃layered sealing cup and sonic cleaning system.The sound intensity level of oscillator array is up to 127.78 dB,which can have a good cleaning effect on dust and iron oxide,realizing the functions of efficient cleaning,intelligent speed control and real⁃time positioning.
