摘要
推行科研经费使用管理信息公开是加强科研经费管理的必然趋势和有益尝试。文章以湖北省农业科学院为例,阐述了新形势下推行科研经费使用管理信息公开的主要做法和取得的成效,分析了当前科研经费使用管理信息公开工作中存在的问题,并从压实主体责任、强化协助配合、完善公开机制、加强信息化建设等方面提出了推进农业科研单位科研项目经费使用管理信息公开的对策和建议,以期为农业科研单位进一步提高科研经费管理水平提供参考。
Implementing information disclosure on the use and management of research funds is an inevitable trend and a reasonable attempt to strengthen the management of research funds.This paper takes the Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to explain the main practices and achievements in promoting the disclosure of information on the use and management of research funds under the new situation,analyzes the current problems in the information disclosure on the use and management of research funds,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the disclosure of information on the use and management of research project funds of agricultural research institutes in terms of compacting the main responsibilities,strengthening assistance and cooperation,improving the disclosure mechanism,and strengthening information construction,with a view to providing a reference for agricultural research institutes to improve the management of research funds further.
