摘要
针对深海高压力、低温度、强腐蚀的极端环境,需要解决液压源系统及相关元器件在全海深环境使用的适应性问题,从而在深海大深度范围内获得满意的动、静态工作性能,为深海作业装备的运行提供可靠的动力驱动保障。对液压油环境适应性展开了研究,完成了液压源的研制,并进行了陆上测试和压力筒测试。试验结果表明:液压源运行正常,系统压力和流量均满足技术指标要求,项目组认为液压源技术开发路线合理,技术状态固化可行,可以进行水下工程样机的加工建造。
There are extreme environments in the deep sea such as high pressure,low temperature and strong corrosion.It is necessary to solve the adaptability problem of hydraulic source system and related components to obtain satisfactory dynamic and static performance in the full-ocean-depth range.It provides reliable power drive guarantee for the operation of the deep-sea operating equipment.In this study,the environment adaptability of hydraulic oil is studied,the hydraulic source is developed,and the onshore test and pressure cylinder test are carried out.The test results show that the hydraulic runs normally,and the system pressure and flow meet the requirements of the technical indicators.The project team believes that the hydraulic technology development route is reasonable,the technical state is solidified and feasible,and the underwater engineering prototype can be processed and built.
