摘要
针对变电站分期建设时存在分段备自投及主变备自投无法正确动作的问题,研制了一套基于自适应策略的10 kV备自投装置。该装置基于自适应控制策略,优化了备自投装置的控制逻辑,增加了双分支开关相关外部采样及功能压板,能自适应多种10 kV母线接线方式,均可正确实现分段备自投及主变备自投功能,且在变电站后续扩建第三台主变后无需改造,仍可适应运行。通过在110 kV古镇变电站进行应用,运行结果表明该装置具有良好的适应性和较高的工程应用价值。
During the phased construction of substation,the sectionalized auto-switch-in device and the main transformer auto-switch-in device cannot operate correctly,so the paper develops a 10 kV auto-switch-in device based on adaptive strategy.The device optimizes the control logic of auto-switch-in device based on adaptive strategy,and adds external samplings and functional pressing plates of the dual branch switch.It not only adapts to various 10 kV bus connection modes to correctly realize the function of sectionalized auto-switch-in device and main transformer auto-switch-in device,but also adjusts to operation without modification after the subsequent expansion of the third main substation.The operation results of 110 kV Guzhen substation show that the device has great adaptability and engineering application.
