摘要
为筛选燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的最适浸种方法,以燕麦品种坝莜3号为试验材料,设置6个黄腐酸浓度(稀释50、100、150、200、250、300倍)和5个浸种时间(3、6、9、12、15 h),共30个组合处理,蒸馏水浸种作为对照(ck),对各浸种浓度、浸种时间及二者的交互作用对种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响进行综合评定。结果表明,150倍和200倍黄腐酸稀释液浸种处理可显著提高燕麦种子活力,促进幼苗生长,而50倍和100倍稀释液浸种处理显著抑制种子萌发和幼苗生长;各指标值随浸种时间延长呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,浸种9 h达到最高值;二者交互作用对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长均有显著影响。综合分析,优先选择用稀释200倍的黄腐酸溶液浸种9 h作为燕麦浸种的最佳处理组合。
In order to screen out the most suitable seed soaking treatment for oat seed germination and seedling growth,the oat variety Bayou No.3 was used as the test material,and 6 fulvic acid concentrations were selected(diluted 50,100,150,200,250,300 times,respectively),and 5 seed soaking times(respectively 3,6,9,12,15 hours),with a total of 30 combined treatments,distilled water soaking as a control(ck),the soaking concentration,soaking time and the interaction of the two on the seed germination and seedling growth were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that soaking seeds with 150 and 200 times fulvic acid dilution solution could significantly improve the vigor of oat seeds and promote the growth of seedlings,while the 50 and 100 times dilution solution could significantly inhibit seed germination and seedling growth.The value of each index increased first and then decreased with the extension of seed soaking time,and reached the highest value after 9 hours of soaking.The interaction of the two had a significant effect on oat seed germination and seedling growth.Through comprehensive analysis,soaking seeds with fulvic acid solution diluted 200 times for 9 hours was selected as the best treatment combination for soaking oat seeds.
