Q235压接硬化前后的低温冲击韧性试验研究

摘要 通过金属材料夏比摆锤冲击试验方法分析了Q235系列材料硬化前后的冲击功均值变化规律,优选出了覆冰地区耐张线夹钢锚最优材料。试验结果表明,在GB/T700国标材料中,Q235D材料低温冲击韧性均值受压接硬化影响最小,满足耐张线夹钢锚在低温区段的抗冲击需求。 By means of Charpy pendulum impact test of metal materials,the numerical variation law of impact energy before and after hardening of 9235 series materials is analyzed,and the optimal material of steel anchor for tension clamp in ice covered area is selected.The test results show that among GB/T 699 and GB/T 700 materials,Q235D material has the least impact on the low temperature impact toughness value of compression joint hardening,tmeeting the impact resistance requirements of tension clamp steel anchor in the low temperature section.
