摘要
文章运用文献资料法和访谈法,在“双循环”背景下审视新疆冰雪产业的发展。研究发现,目前新疆冰雪产业存在着资源分布不均、基础设施与装备供给不足、后备人才缺乏、宣传及周边产业匮乏等问题,可根据新需求调整供应;做到需求与供给平衡;供给侧结构性改革;冰雪产业对外开放等几个方面进行优化发展。
The new development pattern of"Double circulation"is to accelerate the formation of a new development pattern in which domestic circulation is the main body and domestic and international circulation promotes each other.At the same time,we should pay attention to production,distribution,exchange,consumption four aspects.The strategic decision made this time is made according to our country development stage,the environment,the condition change.Using the method of Literature Review,interviews,under the background of"Double Cycle"to examine the development of Xinjiang's ice and snow industry.It is found that there are some problems in the ice and snow industry in Xinjiang,such as uneven distribution of resources,insufficient supply of infrastructure and equipment,lack of reserve talents,lack of propaganda,lack of peripheral industries,etc..We can adjust supply according to new demand,balance demand and supply,supply-side structural reform,and open the ice and snow industry to the outside world.
