摘要
采用Excel软件对沐浴露产品生产工序的物料平衡模型、应用特点进行统计分析,制定了产品配方的每个组分和生产结束后的物料平衡限度,有效建立了产品配制、填充、灌装、包装工序环节的物料平衡,为化妆品生产企业建立适用有效的物料平衡管控措施提供参考。化妆品生产企业应充分重视物料平衡对保障化妆品质量的作用,充分调动企业各相关部门,通力协作和有效履行各自职责,严格执行物料平衡制度。
A practical and effective material balance model was established for cosmetics manufacturing enterprises to improve the quality management level in the production process.Excel software was used to statistically analyze the material balance model and application characteristics of the production process of shower gel.The material balance limit of each component in the product formula and after production was formulated.Thus,the material balance in the preparation,filling,bottling and packaging of products was effectively established,which could provide a reference for cosmetic manufacturers to establish effective material balance control measures.Cosmetics manufacturing enterprises should pay full attention to the role of material balance in ensuring the quality of cosmetics and fully mobilize all relevant departments of the enterprise to cooperate,effectively perform their respective responsibilities and strictly implement the material balance system.
