摘要
具有无谐振特性的干摩擦隔振器,可以抑制低频区的共振现象,高频区也具有优良的隔振效果,同时也有着不错的抗冲击特性。在中心柱上下运动过程中,干摩擦片会发生大变形,传统的挠度理论无法准确求解其非线性接触力,而通过有限元仿真可以得到精准的结果。推导中心差分法的求解格式,用于系统冲击响应的数值计算,发现负载质量、中心柱与干摩擦片的挤压量均和隔振器的抗冲击特性正相关。
The dry friction vibration isolator with the free resonance characteristic can suppress the resonance phenomenon in the lowfrequency region,also has excellent vibration isolation effect and good impact resistance in the high-frequency region.During the up and down movement of the central column,the dry friction plate will have large deformation.The traditional deflection theory can’t accurately solve its nonlinear contact force,but the accurate results can be obtained through finite element simulation.The solution format of the central difference method is derived for the numerical calculation of the impact response of the system.It is found that the load mass,the extrusion amount of the central column and the dry friction plate are positively correlated with the impact resistance characteristic of the vibration isolator.
