HEDM推进剂的非线性粘弹损伤本构及其细观损伤演化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究新型高能推进剂力学性能,开展了以聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)为基体,高能固体颗粒为氧化剂的HEDM推进剂非线性粘弹损伤本构研究工作。首先,基于粘弹性本构理论,设定HEDM推进剂的细观损伤分布满足Weibull分布函数,推导其非线性损伤本构的表达形式;其次,对HEDM推进剂进行应力松弛实验以及单轴拉伸实验,获得其非线性本构的相关材料参数,构建了HEDM推进剂的非线性本构关系;最后,建立了HEDM推进剂的RVE模型,引入内聚力法则对HEDM推进剂的细观损伤演化进行模拟分析,并验证仿真曲线以及理论本构曲线的准确性。研究表明,HEDM推进剂是一种典型的粘弹性材料,其应力应变曲线呈现明显的双折线形式,构建的非线性本构能较好地描述HEDM推进剂的力学性能,同时HEDM推进剂的细观损伤首先从颗粒的“脱湿”开始,之后基体微裂纹扩展,最终推进剂失效断裂。 In order to study the mechanical properties of new high-energy propellants,the nonlinear viscoelastic damage constitutive of HEDM propellants with glycidyl azide polymer(GAP)as matrix and high-energy solid particles as oxidant was studied.Firstly,based on the viscoelastic constitutive theory,the meso-damage distribution of HEDM propellant coincide with the Weibull distribution function,and the its nonlinear damage constitutive expression was derived.Secondly,the stress relaxation and uniaxial tensile experiment of HEDM propellant were carried out to obtain the relevant material parameters of its nonlinear constitutive,and the nonlinear constitutive relationship of HEDM propellant was constructed;Finally,the RVE model of HEDM propellant was established,and the cohesion law was introduced to simulate and analyze the meso-damage evolution of HEDM propellant.The accuracy of simulation curve and theoretical constitutive curve was further verified.The results show that HEDM propellant is a typical viscoelastic material,and its stress-strain curve presents an obvious bilinear form.The constructed nonlinear constitutive model can well describe the mechanical properties of HEDM propellant.At the same time,the meso-damage of HEDM propellant begins with the'dewetting'point of particles,then the microcracks of matrix expand,and finally the propellant fails and breaks.
