摘要
以昆万铁路时速160公里动力集中动车组动力车制冷效果不佳问题为契机,对冷凝风机进行换装,并在昆万线及大保线开展线路试验。数据分析与试验结果都表明:更换冷凝风机前高压基本维持在2.7Mpa左右,而更换风机后系统压力基本保持在1.0 Mpa左右,极大地减少了压缩机旁通运行的可能,可有效改善制冷效果。
This paper takes the problem of poor cooling effect of 160 km/h power-centralized EMUs on Kunming-Wanxiang Railway as an opportunity to replace the condensing fan and carry out line tests on Kunming-Wanxiang Railway and Dali-Baoshan Railway.Data analysis and test results show that the high pressure before the replacement of the condensing fan is basically maintained at about 2.7 Mpa,while the system pressure after the replacement of the condensing fan is basically maintained at about 1.0 Mpa,which greatly reduces the possibility of bypass operation of the compressor,and can effectively improve the refrigeration effect.
