摘要
桥梁项目无索区钢箱梁施工环节,可采用钢结构斜支架工艺安装。该技术方案的主要优势如下。(1)结构易于制作、便于安装;(2)可充分利用各种机械设备,在场外进行预制,现场拼装,各个环节同步推进;(3)不论是施工质量,还是施工精度都得到了提升,整个工期大为缩短,施工费用也明显降低;基于此,该研选取某高速公路大桥施工项目为案例,论述了此项技术的特点,总结了施工技术要点,分析了该技术的经济效益、社会效益,以期能为这类工程施工提供有益参考。
During the construction of steel box girder in cable-free area of bridge project,the steel structure inclined support process can be used for installation.The main advantages of the technical scheme are:(1)The structure is easy to make and install;(2)It can make full use of various mechanical equipment to carry out prefabrication outside the site and assembly on site,and promote all links simultaneously;(3)Both the construction quality and the construction accuracy have been improved,the whole construction period has been greatly shortened,and the construction cost has also been significantly reduced;Based on this,this research selects a highway bridge construction project as a case,discusses the characteristics of this technology,summarizes the key points of construction technology,and analyzes the economic and social benefits of this technology,in order to provide useful reference for this kind of engineering construction.
