摘要
化工行业的生产安全是关系到人民生命安全和社会稳定的重大问题。近年来,由于危险化学品储存问题在化工企业中频繁出现,对整个社会产生了较大的不良影响。根据危险化学品的特性,加强对易燃易爆化学品的安全控制是提高化学品生产质量的关键措施。为加强全国危险化学品储存单位的专项消防工作,必须对可能出现的火灾隐患进行有效的清理,及时控制火情。文章就易燃易爆危险化学品监督检查的要点进行了剖析,并就相应的消防监管重点问题进行了论述。
The production safety of the chemical industry is a major issue related to the safety of people’s lives and social stability.In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of hazardous chemical storage problems in chemical enterprises,it has had a signif icant adverse impact on the entire society.According to the characteristics of hazardous chemicals,strengthening the safety control of flammable and explosive chemicals is a key measure to improve the quality of chemical production.In order to strengthen the special f ire protection work of hazardous chemical storage units nationwide,it is necessary to effectively clean up potential f ire hazards and timely control the f ire situation.This article analyzes the key points of supervision and inspection of flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals,and discusses the corresponding key issues of f ire control supervision.
