摘要
针对立式加工中心电主轴的精加工提出切实可行的加工工艺方案,并对该工艺方案中刀柄夹持位锥孔的锥度控制、刀柄夹持位锥孔的圆度控制及拉爪接触锥面的轴向尺寸控制进行分析、说明,并提出相应切实可行的解决方案。
A feasible machining process scheme is proposed for the finishing of the motorized spindle of the vertical machining center,and the taper control of the taper hole at the clamping position of the tool holder,the roundness control of the taper hole at the clamping position of the tool holder and the drawing method of the process scheme are proposed.The axial dimension control of claw contact cone surface is analyzed and explained,and corresponding practical solutions are proposed.
