摘要
系统评价通心络胶囊提高心脏X综合征(Cardiac syndrome X,CSX)患者的心绞痛疗效和安全性。检索2022年1月以前CNKI、VIP、Wanfang、PubMed、EMbase、WOS、Cochrane数据库中使用通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征的随机对照试验,数据的系统评价及Meta分析采用RevMan软件(CRD42021247759)。纳入18项研究,共1188例样本(试验组∶对照组=599∶589)。与对照组比较通心络胶囊联合西药常规治疗在改善心绞痛[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.19,1.38),P<0.00001]及心电图疗效[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.19,1.47),P<0.00001]方面有优势;在改善血清ET-1水平[MD=-22.68,95%CI(-25.08,-20.29),P<0.00001]及NO水平[MD=9.50,95%CI(7.93,11.06),P<0.00000]方面优于对照组。两组的不良反应主要有上腹部轻度不适、反酸及恶心等,但改变服药时间后均能得到缓解。基于现有结果,通心络胶囊联合西药常规可提高心脏X综合征患者的心绞痛及心电图疗效,促进血管内皮功能修复且副作用较少,值得在临床上广泛应用。
To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongxinluo capsule in improving angina pectoris in patients with cardiac syndrome X(CSX).The randomized controlled trials of Tongxinluo capsule in CNKI,VIP,Wnfang,PubMed,EMbase,WOS and Cochrane databases for the treatment of cardiac syndrome X before January 2022 were retrieved.RevMan software(CRD42021247759)was used for systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis of the data.A total of 1188 samples were included in 18 studies(test group:control group=599:589).Compared with the control group,Tongxinluo capsule combined with conventional western medicine has advantages in improving angina[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.19,1.38),P<0.00001]and ECG[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.19,1.47),P<0.00001];It was superior to the control group in improving the serum ET-1 level[MD=-22.68,95%CI(-25.08,-20.29),P<0.00001]and NO level[MD=9.50,95%CI(7.93,11.06),P<0.00000],The adverse reactions of the two groups mainly included mild discomfort in the upper abdomen,acid regurgitation and nausea,but they could be alleviated after changing the time of administration.Based on the existing results,Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine western medicine can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and ECG in patients with cardiac syndrome X,promote the repair of vascular endothelial function and have fewer side effects,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
