浅埋水工隧道支护优化方案设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】目前,我国对水工隧洞的开挖支护研究较少,本研究以信阳市四水同治水工隧洞为研究对象,对该工程支护方案进行优化设计,为类似工程提供借鉴经验。【方法】通过FLAC3D软件建立模型,在支护方案的锚杆数量和喷混厚度两方面进行优化模拟计算分析。【结果】研究结果表明:(1)两种优化方案云图都与施工方案相似,数值上两种优化方案虽使围岩位移有所增大,但仍在安全范围内。(2)模拟锚杆优化方案虽使锚杆应力有所增大,但未超过锚杆应力极限承受范围。(3)模拟喷混优化方案与施工方案相比仅在数值上有差异,且变形位移在安全范围内。【结论】通过以上分析表明两种支护方案优化设计在安全性和经济实用性两方面具有参考意义。 [Purposes]There are few studies on the excavation and support of hydraulic tunnels in China.This paper takes the four-water Tongzhi hydraulic tunnel in Xinyang City as the research object,and optimizes the design of the project support scheme to provide reference experience for similar projects.[Methods]The model was established by FLAC3 D software,and the optimization simulation analysis was carried out in terms of the number of bolts and the thickness of shotcrete.[Findings]The results show that:①The two optimization schemes are similar to the construction scheme.Although the two optimization schemes increase the displacement of surrounding rock,they are still within the safe range.②Although the simulated bolt optimization scheme increases the bolt stress,it does not exceed the limit range of bolt stress.③Compared with the construction scheme,the simulated spray mixing optimization scheme is only numerically different,and the deformation displacement is within the safe range.[Conclusions]The above analysis shows that the optimization design of the two support schemes has reference significance in both safety and economic practicability.
