滚动轴承滚道磨削表面粗糙度及残余应力 被引量:1

Roughness and Residual Stress of Rolling Bearing Ground Surface

摘要 基于仿真软件ABAQUS,使用热力耦合单元设计了基于不同工况下的单颗粒磨粒磨削仿真实验。通过分析其磨削后残余应力和粗糙度的标准偏差的变化趋势,计算不同工况下残余应力和粗糙度的离散程度,结合轴承载荷谱及服役状态,得出最优磨削工艺参数范围。研究对轴承滚道磨削表面表征和状态预测提供了理论基础。 Based on simulation software ABAQUS,a single grain grinding simulation experiment used a thermal coupling unit under different conditions is designed.The dispersion of residual stress and roughness under different working conditions is obtained by analyzing the change trend of the standard variation of residual stress and roughness after grinding.Combined with load spectrum and service state of the bearing,the optimum grinding parameter range can be obtained.The theoretical basis is provided for the surface characterization and status prediction of the bearing rolling race grinding.
