基于凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流场的冷却管防振改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 冷却管束是凝汽器的关键敏感部件,因设计不足导致凝汽器在某些运行工况下发生冷却管振动、碰磨损坏,严重影响了凝汽器设备运行的可靠性。由于凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流动过程错综复杂,使得汽流冲击冷却管束产生激振难以控制,某些核电厂虽然采取了一些针对性的措施,但在后续运行中又发生了冷却管振动断裂故障,说明现有的措施存在局限性。通过对不同运行工况下凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流动不均匀性及局部流速变化分析,发现在某些冷却管束区域局部汽流速度过高,易引发冷却管束振动、碰摩故障。通过对核电凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流动的数值模拟与计算分析,可以为改进冷却管振动防范措施和优化凝汽器运行方式提供依据。 Tube bundle is the key component of condenser.Due to insufficient design,cooling pipe of condenser is vibrated and damaged under some operating conditions,which seriously affects the operation reliability of the condenser equipment.As the steam flow in the shell of the condenser is complex,the excitation of cooling pipes impacting by the steam flow is difficult to control.Although some nuclear power plants had taken some corresponding measures,the vibration fracture fault of cooling pipe occurred in the operation.It indicated that the existing measures had some limitations.Through the analysis of the non-uniformity steam flow and local velocity change in the shell of the condenser under different operating conditions,it is found that the local steam velocity in some tube bundle areas is too high,which is easy to cause the vibration and abrasion failure of the cooling pipe.The numerical simulation and calculation analysis of steam flow in the shell of nuclear power condenser could provide a basis for improving the vibration prevention measures of cooling pipe and optimizing the operation mode of condenser.
