摘要
汽轮机组低压缸的排汽湿度往往比较大,回流的蒸汽携带水滴对叶片不断地进行冲击,特别是末级、次末级叶片“水蚀”现象比较严重。末级、次末级叶片要采用防水蚀处理。常见的防水蚀处理方法包括:高频淬火、激光熔覆化学重熔层、钎焊防水蚀片(司太力合金片)等。本文将从微观和宏观两方面来分析高频淬火对某汽轮机长叶片的影响,从而为叶片高频淬火提供一定的帮助。
The exhaust humidity of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine is usually high,the water droplets carried by the returning steam impact the blades continuously.Especially the water erosion phenomenon of the final and the second final stage blade is more serious.Common water-resistant treatment methods include high-frequency quenching,laser cladding chemical remelting layer and welding water-resistant sheet.This paper will analyze the influence hige frequency quenching on the long blade of steam turbine from micro and macro aspects,it can provide some help for the blade high-frequency quenching.
